Is it really free?

Yes. The call is free and the snapshot is free. You don't pay anything unless you decide to hire one of the candidates.

Do I have to hire anyone?

No. Plenty of founders use the snapshot purely as a benchmark to compare against what they find elsewhere. If none of the 3 are right, you still walk away knowing what good looks like and what it costs.

Are these real people?

What does it cost if I do hire?
